Introduction
In May 2021, a representative of the Spanish company Glovo, responsible for the brand's expansion in the Polish market, approached the Atlant Estates real estate office. The goal of the collaboration was to find three service premises in Wrocław that would serve as logistics centers for the company's development in the city.
Challenge
Our task was to search for premises in three key areas of Wrocław:
- City Center
- Old Town
- Krzyki
Each of the premises had to meet strict client requirements:
- Area of approx. 120 m2
- Minimum 2 parking spaces
- Location only on the ground floor
- Access to the premises for delivery vehicles
An additional challenge was the short implementation time – the number of premises meeting all requirements was limited, and decisions had to be made quickly.
Implementation Process
Within two days we conducted intensive searches, proposed 9 premises, from which we arranged and conducted 5 meetings with the Glovo representative. After detailed analysis and consultations, the client selected three most suitable premises for rent.
We then conducted negotiations with the owners of the selected properties, ensuring that all conditions required by the client were met. Thanks to our professional approach and effective communication, we were able to conclude favorable lease agreements.
Result
Our collaboration with Glovo was successful – the entire process from searching, through signing all documents remotely, to handing over the premises took up to 3 months. The client ultimately rented three ideal premises that met all requirements. Thanks to our knowledge of the local market, experience in negotiations, and efficient organization of the search process, Glovo was able to quickly launch its logistics centers in Wrocław.
Summary
The implementation of the project for Glovo was demanding but also satisfying. We proved that Atlant Estates is a real estate office that can meet even the most challenging tasks, providing clients with the highest standard of service and effectiveness in achieving business goals.
