How can foreigners invest in service premises in Poland?

Foreigners, including citizens of Ukraine, can invest in commercial real estate in Poland, but the purchase of commercial premises for a non-EU individual requires special approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). This procedure can take from 6 to as long as 9 months and involves a number of formalities.

Alternative: purchase by a Polish limited liability company.
