Sanitary sewage: a complete gravity network runs along ul. Sceniczna, directly at the eastern boundary of the land. An active sewage manhole has already been built in the northeastern corner of the plot, with a connection leading to the property boundary. Water supply: the main pipeline with a diameter of 160 mm is located in ul. Malarska, ensuring full efficiency for residential and fire-fighting purposes. Electricity and gas: cable power networks and gas pipelines run directly in the roads adjacent to the plot.
